5. Client Responsibilities
To provide our services effectively, clients may be required to provide accurate and timely information, materials, credentials, approvals, and access to relevant platforms.
The client is responsible for:
- Providing accurate information and instructions.
- Providing necessary website, advertising, social media, or other account access.
- Reviewing and approving content, advertisements, designs, or other materials when required.
- Ensuring that materials supplied to us do not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, or other laws.
- Responding to requests for information or approval within a reasonable timeframe.
Delays caused by missing information, approvals, access, or other client-related issues may affect project timelines.
6. Payments and Fees
All service fees, payment schedules, deposits, and billing terms will be communicated or agreed upon before or during the engagement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Payments must be made according to the agreed payment schedule.
- Services may be paused if payments become overdue.
- Advertising budgets paid to third-party advertising platforms may be separate from our service fees.

Advertisements may be rejected, restricted, suspended, or removed by third-party platforms for reasons outside our control.
Changes made by advertising platforms may affect campaign performance and costs.
8. SEO Disclaimer
SEO involves ongoing optimization and is influenced by search engine algorithms, competition, website quality, content, technical factors, and numerous external conditions.
Krisht Digital Marketing does not guarantee:
- A specific search engine ranking.
- A guaranteed position on Google or other search engines.
- A specific amount of organic traffic.
- A guaranteed number of leads or sales.
- Immediate SEO results.
SEO results may take time and can fluctuate due to factors beyond our control.
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all original materials, content, designs, strategies, reports, graphics, documents, processes, and other work created by Krisht Digital Marketing remain subject to applicable intellectual property rights.
Upon full payment, the client may receive rights to use final deliverables specifically created for the client, subject to the terms of the applicable service agreement.
Third-party materials, software, stock images, fonts, plugins, trademarks, platforms, and other third-party intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to their own terms and licenses.
10. Client-Provided Content
The client represents that they have the necessary rights, permissions, and licenses to use any text, images, videos, logos, trademarks, photographs, documents, or other materials provided to Krisht Digital Marketing.
The client agrees to indemnify Krisht Digital Marketing against claims arising from unauthorized use of client-provided materials.
11. Website and Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, content, privacy practices, or policies of third-party websites or services.

Confidential information does not include information that:

15. Refunds
Refund eligibility will depend on the nature of the service and the specific agreement between Krisht Digital Marketing and the client.
Because many digital marketing services involve time, resources, planning, third-party expenses, and work performed specifically for a client, completed services may not be refundable.
Any applicable refund terms will be communicated in the relevant proposal, quotation, invoice, or service agreement.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Krisht Digital Marketing will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-related losses, including loss of profits, revenue, data, customers, or opportunities resulting from the use of our website or services.
